  12.  Dimensional  Overview  makes  no  warranties  whatsoever  and  shall  not  be
  13.  responsible  in  any manner  whatsoever  for liability  or  incidental and/or
  14.  consequential  damages.   The  user  acknowledges  that  Dimensional Overview
  15.  operates a Public Bulletin Board System which is  accessible by the public at
  16.  large and Dimensional  Overview  cannot  control  the programs or information
  17.  loaded into the system.

  19.  The liability of Dimensional Overview shall in all cases including negligence
  20.  be limited to an amount  equal to the fees received  from the claimant during
  21.  the preceding six (6) month period.
